Flowers life span and specifics
URBANBUNCH works with natural products and can’t guarantee exact number of days that your flowers will last.
Different cut flowers have different life span. For example, foliage and tropical leaves will last over a week even in hot Australian summer, while pretty bunches of roses don’t like the heat at all. Lilies are a confident choice and should last a week in any season, while beautiful hydrangea might stay only for 3-4 days. URBANBUNCH is not responsible for your choice between tropical and pretty bunches and can’t guarantee the exact number of days that your flowers will last.
By purchasing the flowers from us you agree that you are aware of some natural flower specifics below. Flowers can’t be returned basing on the following specifics:

By purchasing the flowers from us you agree that you are aware of some natural flower specifics below. Flowers can’t be returned basing on the following specifics:
Lilies
Lilies are often delivered in buds to protect them in transit. Also the buds mean that flowers are fresh and will last longer. If you need to speed the process of opening the blooms, please put them for a little bit in a warmer environment (but not direct heater).
Please keep in mind that Lily pollen can stain your furniture and clothes. To avoid this, just carefully remove anthers from the middle of the bloom, as soon as the buds open. Also, be aware that Lilies almost always have a strong scent and might be toxic to cats. |
Roses
Roses are very gentle flowers and easily bruised even by water. To keep them safe during the delivery we might keep the outer petals, known as “guard” petals, attached. These protective petals (usually 2-3 of them) might appear a bit darker or damaged. If you don’t like the look of them, just carefully remove the petals from the bloom on arrival.
|
Tulips
Tulips are very independent flowers. They usually continue to grow after being cut. Also, their heads tend to lean towards the source of light, which might appear as ‘drooping’ of the flower head. The flowers head will also open wide in bright light, sometimes exaggerating the drooping effect, although they usually close again at night if the room temperature is moderate to cool. That is why URBANBUNCH can’t guarantee any certain shape of arrangement with tulips.
